  Rick Elgin was excellent to work with from start to finish of our whole-house carpet installation. In addition, the installers with Luis as the lead were very professional and worked from the time they arrived until the time they left. We are very satisfied with the carpet and pad quality. The installation went smoothly and all furniture replaced to the original positions. Rick and Carpet Surplus were recommended to us by our realtor and we would now be happy to recommend them to others.

  Joshua was very helpful in finding the best solution for our flooring in our basement. He was so funny and friendly and we really liked his idea because it’s so cost effective. Fernando and his team, the installer that Joshua referred, are really professional and skillful. Fernando always replied my texts, and installed the vinyl wood planks in a very quick and neat result. He tackled the difficult areas that impressed us!! We’re so happy with the result!!
