  I was a customer for 18 years before I switched to Verizon, since T-Mobile downgraded my high-speed data to 2 gigs when putting me in another plan and then wanted $50 more per month to put me in an unlimited data plan (this was before their recent promotion re. unlimited data plans.) The staff at this location was not very helpful, did not seem to care about the fact that I had been such a long-time customer and did not make any serious attempt to rectify the situation. Having to pay a bit more at Verizon, but their customer service in the store is far superior to T-Mobile's. And the best part, no more dropped calls!

  Love this location. Have done a lot of business here and it's always been top notch. Everyone is really helpful and have great attitudes no matter how frustrating the customer is. I especially love Brittany. She's super helpful and goes out of her way to make sure you're a happy customer.

  I don't understand any of the negative reviews on this T-Mobile location. This location has excellent customer service, and I appreciate their professionalism. I went in to the store today to return some T-Mobile signal boosters, and Tamie made my return effortless. She was extremely pleasant and treated me with the utmost respect. It's amazing how when you show people a little respect how helpful they can be! I would highly recommend this T-Mobile location.
