  Have used their tech service on many occasions. They have always been very polite and respectful. They have been very technically savvy, and have usually fixed my problem in short order and provided me with an explanation (if I wanted one). Only once or twice did it take longer than five minutes to fix the problem and on those rare occasions, they kept engaged and persisted until they had corrected the problem. I am a computer programmer by profession with many years of experience. I can typically fix software issues without help and usually do so. When I can't, the tech support at Vision Computers has always saved me. Working for several large companies over the years, I have worked with and requested help from internal IT Support many times. These guys at Vision are better (and I've worked with some outstanding people over the years, so it says a lot). Thanks!
